Vincent has experience treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. He also works extensively with clients navigating career concerns, relationship and family conflict, life dissatisfaction, stress and burnout. Additionally, he supports individuals with autism, social anxiety, and panic disorder through personalized, evidence-based approaches. He provides an affirming and supportive space for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, where identity and lived experience are respected and central to the work. 

His therapy style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, focusing on building a trusting and supportive relationship. Vincent integrates evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. He aims to create a space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes.

At the end of treatment, clients have shared feeling more empowered, confident, and equipped to face life’s challenges. Many have reported significant improvements in their self-efficacy, with a greater sense of control over their thoughts, emotions, and actions.
