About Us
Dallas Counseling and Treatment Center (DCTC) is a well-established behavioral health group practice with four offices across North Texas and a robust virtual presence. We’re searching for fully-licensed therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team. You’ll have the ability to create a schedule that works for your life and does not require evening or weekend time, and you can work in-person, 100% remotely, or on a hybrid schedule.
You’ll experience all the luxuries of private practice combined with the support from our clinical and administrative team. You will be free of the anxiety of operating a private practice while maintaining flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. We value meeting our clinicians’ individual needs, including providing independence and support, respecting your boundaries, scheduling clients you enjoy treating, and providing consistent communication. When our therapists are happy and supported, they provide the best care possible to our clients.
All of our therapists are provided with EMDR Training by our Executive Director and Founder who is an EMDRIA Approved trainer. We also offer ongoing EMDR consultation for those interested in working toward EMDRIA certification. Our Assistant Clinical Director is a RPT-Supervisor and provides this supervision to our clinical staff. Get paid to accumulate your RPT and EMDRIA consultation hours!

Salary
LPC, LCSW, & LMFT
The annual salary range for full-time LPC, LCSW, and LMFT is $74,000 – $87,000.
LPC-ASSOCIATE & LMSW
We provide no-cost supervision to our LPC Associates and LMSWs seeking an opportunity to gain valuable private practice experience with the support of a diversely trained team. The annual salary range for full-time LPC-Associates and LMSWs is $51,000 – $56,000.
PRACTICUM STUDENTS
We are unable to accept graduate-level practicum students at this time.
