Tiffany Everage, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Office Location:

Tiffany’s therapy style is warm, collaborative and adaptable, rooted in helping clients make sense of their personal stories while helping them feel heard and empowered. She guides individuals and couples in exploring their experiences, reframing challenges, and building practical skills to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.

Tiffany facilitated substance abuse and trauma groups for teens from 2013 to 2016. She comes from a military family, where 9 of her uncles, significant other, brother and many of her cousins have served across all of the branches. She has a natural passion for veterans and helping them manage complex PTSD. She integrates evidence-based approaches like DBT and CBT to teach practical skills and coping strategies, while her work with couples focuses on emotionally focused therapy to strengthen connection and intimacy. For clients who acknowledge having a religious or faith orientation, Tiffany welcomes that into the session as well.
