Licensed Professional Counselor

Office Location:

My therapy style is warm, collaborative and adaptable, rooted in helping clients make sense of their personal stories while helping them feel heard and empowered. I guide individuals and couples in exploring their experiences, reframing challenges, and building practical skills to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.

I facilitated substance abuse and trauma groups for teens from 2013 to 2016. I come from a military family, where 9 of my uncles, my significant other, my brother and many of my cousins have served across all of the branches. I have a natural passion for veterans and helping them manage complex PTSD. I integrate evidence-based approaches like DBT and CBT to teach practical skills and coping strategies, while my work with couples focuses on emotionally focused therapy to strengthen connection and intimacy. For clients who acknowledge having a religious or faith orientation, I welcome that into the session as well.

My clients say they truly felt seen, heard, and understood throughout our time together. I’ve helped them gain clarity, confidence, and the tools to help them navigate challenges more effectively. I empower clients to have a stronger sense of self and meaningful progress toward the goals they came in with.
