Sacha Bradley, LPC, LMFT
Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Office Location:
Sacha has assisted numerous families in navigating boundary issues and communication challenges, while fostering stronger, more meaningful connections. She has had the privilege of working with both active and retired veterans facing PTSD and the challenges of reintegrating into civilian life. She’s also worked with many LGBTQ+ couples and has found that they face similar challenges as heterosexual couples, including issues with communication, intimacy, and conflict resolution. She strives to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where they can openly explore and address these concerns.
Sacha’s therapeutic approach is open, authentic, and encouraging. She’s found that she is most effective when remaining true to herself and not trying to fit a conventional ‘therapist’ mold. By focusing on building a genuine connection, she helps her clients feel comfortable and seen as ‘human.’ This approach has fostered strong rapport, allowing clients to embrace change and feel at ease discussing difficult topics.
