Tamika Terry, LPC
Tamika sees therapy as a collaborative process, where you are the expert in your life. Through developing a safe, therapeutic relationship, she seeks to support, encourage and challenge you on your journey to healing and wholeness. Whether you are feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, experiencing a crisis situation, or seeking to cope with life’s obstacles- big and small, her goal is to provide a space for you to create the change you desire and truly thrive.
Past clients have struggled with depression, anxiety, phase of life issues, self esteem, lack of boundaries, anger, unaddressed trauma, emotional dysregulation, suicidal and ideation. Tamika has worked with LGBTQ individuals who have struggled with embracing their identity and navigating a lack of acceptance from family members and strengthening those familial relationships in new ways.
