Natalie Cinotto, LPC
Natalie’s therapeutic style is varied, as she works with many modalities. Most often, she uses CBT, Person Centered, Stage of Change, Object Relations, Gottman, Family Systems, EMDR, Solution Focused. Past clients include couples, families, and groups both virtually and in-person. She has also worked in substance abuse programs, corrections, inpatient hospitalization, group therapy, outpatient IOP/PHP, and individual therapy.
During an intake session, she likes to immediately jump in and allow the person to be heard, seen and cared about – period. She uses narratives and metaphors that are relevant to each client. If they’re a chef, she may use an analogy about ingredients to describe relationships, if it’s helpful and connects with them. She wants everyone to know they’re special to her (because they are).
