Megan Waguespack, LCSW
Change is challenging, from big life situations to small behavioral changes, and every person has internal resources. Identifying those resources can be fundamental in the therapy process. Megan encourages clients to fully explore their options and make the best decision for themselves. Finally, you’ll work together to build new skills to better cope with life challenges.
Megan’s therapy style is strengths based, trauma informed, and collaborative. Their approach is generally a combination of exploring/ processing thoughts and emotions as well as increasing skills. Past clients have struggled with managing anxiety related to work performance, life changes or social situations, setting/ maintaining boundaries with family/ friends, reliance on substances, and managing depression symptoms or finding joy in life.
