Annie Bryant, LCSW
Annie’s therapy style is rooted in CBT, meeting the client where they’re at. From there, she can use methods and modalities that will help each individual most effectively. She’s enthusiastic about helping clients and their families. She enjoys finding creative opportunities for families to rebuild trust.
Past clients have struggled with depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, addiction, questioning their gender or sexual identity, and stage of life issues. She worked at an in-person PHP/IOP for almost 2 years. Annie ran 4 hours of adolescent group therapy daily, with at least one individual and one family session per client.
