She focuses on teaching you healthy coping strategies and using them as an alternative to disruptive behavior patterns. Veronica will meet you where you are and help you learn the skills needed to live your best life.
Veronica has a calm and laidback personality that helps you feel comfortable talking about difficult topics. She is a trauma-informed therapist that has experience working with diverse populations, including autistic individuals and first responders. Veronica is passionate about providing gender-affirming care to LGBTQ+ individuals.
