Jennifer has a background in working with veterans and first responders, offering insight into the distinct challenges they encounter. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as her main approaches in therapy. Jennifer wants you to understand that, although therapy can be challenging, you will have support and security throughout your journey.
