Alex specializes in treating adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and PTSD. He also has expertise in treating ADHD and disordered eating. Alex has a passion for working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and helping people overcome religious trauma to live a life aligned with their values. 

Alex has a warm and curious personality that clients find supportive and empowering. He helps people build self-compassion, implement healthy boundaries, and practice new ways to relate to painful emotions. Alex is a trauma-informed and body-positive therapist experienced in treating diverse populations, including individuals with Autism.
