Sarah specializes in treating adults, adolescents, and children experiencing anxiety, depression, sexual and psychological trauma, and behavioral issues. She also has experience treating substance abuse, addiction, Bipolar Disorder, ADD/ADHD, and grief and loss. Sarah enjoys working alongside families to help improve unhealthy relationship dynamics. She is skilled at teaching you how to communicate effectively and minimize conflict.

Sarah has a very friendly personality and uses gentle humor to help you feel comfortable around her. She is deeply invested in helping you and your family thrive, which is noticeable in your first interaction with her. Sarah meets you where you are and then works with you to help you accomplish your therapeutic goals. She is loved by children and engages parents/caregivers throughout the therapy process with their children. Sarah is a trauma-informed therapist that has experience treating diverse populations and is an LGBTQ+/SOGI affirming therapist.
