Cristina specializes in treating adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, sexual and psychological trauma, and PTSD. She also has experience treating Bipolar Disorder, mood disorders, and grief and loss. Cristina enjoys helping people work through challenging life transitions and adapting to change.

She provides you with tangible tools to help you cope with change and transition. She is a trauma-informed therapist that has experience treating diverse populations, including veterans and first responders.
