Cristina specializes in treating adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, sexual and psychological trauma, and PTSD. She also has experience treating Bipolar Disorder, mood disorders, and grief and loss. Cristina enjoys helping people work through challenging life transitions and adapting to change.
She has a warm and engaging personality that allows her to build a meaningful connection with you. Cristina focuses on helping you unlearn destructive behavior patterns by focusing on mindfulness. She provides you with tangible tools to help you cope with change and transition. She is a trauma-informed therapist that has experience treating diverse populations, including veterans and first responders.
