She works to help you understand how actions impact your life and strategies to make substantial changes. Ashley has experience working with self-harm, trauma, grief, and loss. She also supports her clients through significant life changes such as relocation, breakups, career changes, and coping with other life adjustments and overwhelming emotions.

Ashley utilizes honesty and openness to create a space for you to be vulnerable. She provides you with a deeper understanding of your behaviors. Ashley teaches you healthy strategies that you can use to adapt to life’s challenges. She helps you recognize that you can experience something different and take control of your life.
