Erin has experience working with overwhelming emotions and people going through life changes.

Erin holds space for you, helping you to feel heard and validated. She provides you with the tools you need to have a kinder self-talk. Erin teaches you how to set healthier boundaries within your relationships. She helps you have a different perspective of your life experiences.
