Kate utilizes creativity in sessions to help you gain a different perspective. She provides the tools you need while teaching you that it is okay not to be okay. Kate teaches you how to set healthy boundaries in your relationships. She helps boost your self-esteem and confidence so you better handle life’s stressors.
