Kenzie specializes in working with adults in the areas of emotional trauma, unhealthy relationships, major life changes, adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse. She helps you identify and shift negative beliefs impacting your life. Kenzie has a wealth of experience treating trauma including adults who experienced sexual, emotional, physical, and psychological abuse in childhood, sexual assaults, and those who have witnessed something disturbing.
Kenzie enjoys working with individuals experiencing a significant life change. She helps you learn to make sense of your new normal and adjust the way you make sense of things. Kenzie is an affirmative therapist trained to work with the LGBTQ community and understands their unique struggles and experiences.
