Jordan Mikesell, LCSW
Jordan’s therapy style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. She integrates EMDR, parts work, CBT, and strength-based approaches to support clients in understanding their inner world, building resilience, and creating meaningful change. She tailors each session to meet the client where they are, focusing on empowerment and emotional safety.
Past clients have struggled with religious trauma, losing loved ones, school age children dealing with their parents divorcing, PTSD and C-PTSD (everything from sexual trauma, physical abuse, near-death experiences, etc.), relationship struggles, and being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Clients often share that they felt genuinely supported and no longer alone in facing their challenges.
