About Us

Dallas Counseling and Treatment Center (DCTC) is a well-established behavioral health group practice with five offices across North Texas and a robust virtual presence. We’re searching for fully-licensed therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team. You’ll have the ability to create a schedule that works for your life and does not require evening or weekend time, and you can work in-person, 100% remotely, or on a hybrid schedule.

You’ll experience all the luxuries of private practice combined with the support from our clinical and administrative team. You will be free of the anxiety of operating a private practice while maintaining flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. We value meeting our clinicians’ individual needs, including providing independence and support, respecting your boundaries, scheduling clients you enjoy treating, and providing consistent communication. When our therapists are happy and supported, they provide the best care possible to our clients.
